The development is important from the perspective of UPSC and Punjab PCS preparation, particularly for Internal Security, Polity & Governance, Fundamental Rights, Public Order, Police Reforms and Current Affairs. At the same time, enhanced intelligence capabilities raise important questions regarding the balance between public order and the constitutional right to peaceful assembly.
